Warranty service of goods is carried out in specialized service centers.
The appearance and completeness of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order, must be checked by the buyer at the time of receipt of the goods.
After receiving the order, claims in connection with the presence of external defects of the goods, its quantity, completeness and presentation are not accepted.
The warranty period for each product item is indicated on the website.
Terms of exchange and return of goods of good quality:
You have the right to refuse the goods at any time prior to their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 14 (seven) calendar days in accordance with the current law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
An exchange of goods of good quality is possible if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation (including labels, seals, packaging, etc.), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved (invoice).
If you refuse the goods of good quality transferred to you within the above period, the cost of the services rendered, including the delivery service, is not refundable.
Please note that for the return of goods and money, an identity document is required in accordance with the current law of Ukraine.
Terms of exchange, return and repair of goods of inadequate quality:
Under the goods of inadequate quality means goods that are defective and cannot ensure the performance of their functional qualities.
We are responsible for the defects of the goods, provided that they did not arise after the goods were transferred to the buyer as a result of violation of the rules for use, storage or transportation of goods, actions of third parties or force majeure.
In case of defects in the goods during operation during the warranty period, we recommend that you contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or in one of our authorized service centers.
If during inspection of goods in our Warranty Department it is impossible for any reason to detect its unambiguous malfunction and the reason for its occurrence falling under the guarantee, the goods can be accepted from you for an additional quality check in the conditions of a service center for up to 20 calendar days.Got more questions?
